Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
As a tenant i have failed to pay 4 months rent. the lanlord got some local people and threatened me to pay and vacate in 2 months . after 2 months the landlord has threatened to throw me and my family out using local guys support.

There is a wilful default in payment of rent which is a ground for eviction under law. But the landlord can not take the law in to their hands. You sent the rent arrears immediately and file a suit for injunction before the competent civil court(District Munsif) of your area restraining the land lord and his men from evicting you except under the due process of law.
