Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am a tenant ,lived more than 40 years in a property,can I clam the property or buy the property in LOW COST then market price from landlord.
And what the IPC rule regarding these matter

1) The landlord can lodge criminal case against u for trespass.
How can u lodge against him?
2) Tenant can never become owner unless agreed.
3) Offer him a little more market price and buy if the owner agrees.
