Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am tenant in panchkula.i am depositing rent every month by bank transfer to landlord.there in no valid rent agreement. instead of thankful.., the landlord in the garb of old age is using foul language and harassing me for his domestic work..what are my legal rights now...

You are lawful tenant and has every right. Start saying NO to him.
