Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Is it possible for a tenant to pay the house rent in the court without informing the house owner. Is this legal? Please advice what are the option left for the house owner if this is the case. The house owner is not collecting any house rent as the tenant does not what to increase the rent amount since long time.
