Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Tenent has to pay 18000 rupees per month as on 10 of every month.but always late sometime 15th or 20th even end of the after several calls and personal meeting.I have one mont advance with me 18000 rupees.now I want settle the tenent account by 20th 0f july 2016 then how do i calculate advance and current payment please let me know.please show me calculation

1) What is the calculation involved? Every month rent is paid though late.
2) U urself can calculate. Now lawyer required. No legal angle.
