Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
A tenent who has rented premises on pagri basis more then 50 years ago and landlord wants to evict him from premises on personal need basis. How strong will be the case in favour of landlord and what are the best evidence landlord can give ?

dear now a dayd every landlod have good case in personal need , a tannt only to prove that landlord hve no prsonal need
