Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
If a tent has been depositing rent to court despite receiving notices from new landlord with documentory evidence .Is tenent in default of rent payment and if he is in default what are the chance or best plea for his survival? Please advice.Thanks

No body can be ousted on grounds of technical default. Have you been depositing rent in the name of the new landlord or continued depositing in the name of previous? Has the new landlord transposed himself in the shoes of the old one?
