can u give me the name of the book from which i can know the total law procedure about the changing the name of the owner of the agricultural land from seller to buier. i am buier.

The book would depend upon the state where you bought the land. Each state has laws on land and land revenue. any book shop dealing with law books in the area you have purchased the land will do the needful. if you write the state, i may suggest.
