Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My uncle who is single no child was living in pagadi home in Mumbai. Last June 2013 he expired.
Am his nephew & can i claim that room from Landlord??
Pls help

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you were not living with your uncle, there is little way you can claim the tenancy, but nevertheless, as the nephew, you can request the landlord to transfer the tenancy in your name.
