Hi, v hv commercial shop that v gave on rent to two partners for 11 months, one partner have vacant 6 months back while the other refused to vacant till the period of agreement, it was mentioned that if one vacant a other has to vacant still he did not do it and he has also locked the other portion of shop that was not under her control. It was normal agreement on 100 rs stamp paper. Now the 11 months tenure is also over n he is still nt vacating property nor he is ready to talk.. Wat legal action can be taken as owner.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge an FIR in the local Police station for "illegal trespass" into your property and break open the lock in the presence of the Police and take possession.
