Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in

i am a widow living in a hose in delhi with my son , This house is on rent for past 30 years i have been paying my rent to my landlady who is a widow and have heard from sourses she plans to get the property demolished and re built it, as this is the only house i have and am a widow myself how can i get a stay order from the court.

You do not need to approach the court. Let her file appropriate petition for your eviction from the premises; only then you may need to go to the court for defending the case.
