my brother is trapped with a lady in the town, she is already married and left her husband and living alone she is trapped my brother. My brother don't know about her past marriage and married her without knowing us. and they have photos also. the lived 2 years. now he is able to know that she is already married and he don't want to live but she is doing blackmail that she will do suicide and police complaint and all. he spent too much of money.he given 50000 and drooped her in her native and escaped to my place now she is calling every day and saying i will put case. now it's been 30 days. every day she will call. her age is 35 my brother age is 22. she is already married. what we can do now. if she put case law will aver to her or us. she cheated him when he is 19.

There is no need for your brother to escape. The wrong has been committed by the girl. File a police complaint u/s 497 of adultery and at the same time file an annulment petition to get the marriage declared as null and void. which state in India you belong to? however the marriage of your brother is void ab initio for two reasons firstly he was not of marriageable age at the time of marriage.
secondly the second marriage during subsistence is void ask your brother to seek a decree of nullity from the court concerned to avoid any legal hassles.
