Dear Sir,
I would like to ask about a dispute with my previous company. I was working there for 5 months (not confirmed employee). They are denying to give my experience letter on the ground of my chat history of me and my colleague in which we have discussed about our problems with the company and we talked bad about company but we didn't do anything to harm our company. We were sincere employee taking care of company image and clients etc.
Can they deny to give us experience letter on the basis of our chat history details which was through office email id. They didn't terminated me in fact I had resigned on Nov 1, 2013.

If you had worked there and you have evidence of such you may compel him to perform if they do not you have to take legal action against your counter part.
