Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Hi,
I have a partnership firm. Last week one of our employees went on diwali leave and has not returned yet.
His phone is switched off and we are unable to contact him. He has taken 50000 loan from company.
He had 25000 cash which had to be handed over to vendors before he went to his hometown. He hasn�t done any payments to vendors too.
His absence is affecting our projects. He has not served his notice period also.
Please let me know what actions can be taken against him.

Complain against him in the nearest police station to your office u/s 408/420 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200 alongwith an application u/s 156(3) for registration of FIR u/s 408/420 IPC.
