Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pakistan
I have a joint property with the name of my Father and myself, My father has died
We 07 brothers including me a mother are legal hears .
Now Me and My mother want to transfer whole property (80 sq. yds. house) to all my 06 brothers what deeds will be made for the same matter.
