Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

My name is Raj. I have got a mail for processing US visa. They asked me my documents and take a exam after paying Rs,5000. They said I have cleared my exam pay Rs.2,00,000/- for processing visa. I have paid Rs.100,000/- and told cannot pay remaining amount and refund my Rs.1,00,000/-. They said amount will not be refunded. What are the legal option available for me

Dear Raj,

I am really surprised how you get fooled and tricked into all these "bogus" Companies and offers. You should lodge an FIR against the Company in the local Police station for recovery of your amount and immediate closure of the "bogus" Company.
