Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Sir,
I have given Rs. 220000.00 cash on Jan 2013 to one agent for registration of my flat. My all registration work done in Rs.1, 20,000.00 balance is Rs. 90000.00 he is not returning me back when i am asking he is making excuse every day what should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Simply tell the agent that if he does not return the balance Rs. 90,000/- to you immediately, you will lodge a Police complaint against him.

Do you have receipt? was it given in cash? What were his charges for the services rendered? 1,20,000 is the expense incurred. This does not include his fees.
