Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
I worked for a few days in a company (not more than a two weeks). I had a family emergency. I had raised a resignation request but they didn't respond to it for 4 days and I stopped going to that office. Now the company is demanding me to pay RS:45000 or face legal action. Am I in trouble?
