Hello and thank you for your question,

First thing to do is to call the 'Environmental Health Officer' of your area. You will find the information with your local Council. Inform the Officer of the harassment you are facing and request an 'Abatement Notice' to be sent to your neighbour.

If your neighbour continues harassing you even after receiving the Notice, the Council can take action or you can file a complaint before the County Court.

Its best to go to the Council first since she has already accused you and has been proven false by the Council themselves.

If you have any witnesses to the racial comments, etc it will make your statements more reliable. Inform her that racial harassment and abuse are very serious offences and you will take serious action against her if she does not stop her harassment.

Kind regards,

Abigail.
