Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in India
Dear sir, I am from Maharashtra, India. My physician is having B.A.M.S. degree only. He is having Ayurvedic degree. But he provides Allopathic medicines to patients(including myself). I know that this is illegal. Under which section of I.P.C./Cr.P.C. or under which Act I can file a case against him?
