Legal Question in Military Law in Pakistan

what will be the result of case if high court granted pre - arrest bail to accused person in 3 offenses 496 , 376 , 380 and have comments in favor of accused whereas honorable justice have negative comments against petitioner who drew F.I.R against accused .. can a police now add any more offense or do any harm to accused which was not even nominated in F.I.R and was nominated in 164 after few months ..
