Legal Question in Personal Injury in Philippines

My Fiancee a pakistani got arrested last saturday for fighting with his friend. and he will pay a bail, I would like to know why he should wait for another 3 days to be release but not sure yet if only 3 days

If bail was already filed the court where the case is pending will issue a release order then your bf should be released immediately.
