Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have 12 acre Ancestral Land in Gujarat which My Father Sold in 1992 without
my signature. Afterward My fater Died & also Purchaser Died.
He not transferred his name on 7/12 at that time.
Now After 20 years , the Name on 7/12 is of My Father.
Can I claim on it , as the Land was ancestral & sold without my consent. ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No. Since the land has already been sold by your father (it is immaterial whether the land is ancestral or self acquired), only the legal heirs of the deceased purchaser have the right to get the land registered in their name.
