Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are 5 brother and after the death of our parents my brother have taken maximum portion of the total property.My concern is that I have grown up children and i need property for them.But my brothers are not allowing division of property any further,because they acquire maximum portion.I am suffering because I am the youngest among all.I believe that my parents have made their "Will" before their death.But the brother who have the "Will" denies to show it.

So,I want your advice on how to get a copy of that "Will" legally(any kind of notice or other option) ?

Also, I want advice on distribution of property equally via Court.

The best solution in your case is to file a suit for partition, declaration and permanent injunction along with mesne profits from wrongful use of your share of the property, against your brothers.
