Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we are 7 brother sisters and we 6 brother and sisters wanted to sell property but one elder brother don't want to sell and even don't want to give any share to us. with the help of some fraud unregistered documents.

can we (6 Brothers & sisters) sell our part ?

in 7'12 we all are registered owner. father didn't make any will.

if you commit a fraud you will get embroilled in endless litigation.Either buy your brothers share or offer him your share if he does not agree yopu can sell the property to the extent of your share.
