We (2 brothers and 1 sister) inherited a house after ex

after expiry of mother. We have gone for a promoter

The promoter built a building after amalgating

a plot adjacent to the our plot owning by a another party.

Now the promoter handed over 3 flats : 1 to me, 1 to my elder

brother and 1 to the other party owning the plot

adjacent to our plot as per agreement with promoter

My sister has donated her total share to both brothers

with gift deed. Since I was out station , my brother and

Other party have done partition deed and paving regular taxes to

Corporation

Can you please advise how i can do the partition deed

Whether i have to all relevent parties my brother and other party
