we are 5 children 3 brothers and 2 daughters my mother is of 85 years and she has not written any WILL now one of my sister claims share in the property and says she will send legal notice, property on my mothers name, my sisters got married before 1978, do there notice will be valid without my mother writing Will

Dear Sir / Madam,

As long as your mother is alive, no son or daughter has any legal rights and they cannot claim any share in her property, without her explicit written consent.
