I have 2 elder brother and i am the younger sister, my parents are no more, i am an indian - hindu.my father has 1000 sft land in chennai we 3 shared it as undivided share and registered now i am staying in that house , i have one son , after my death how can my son or my husband claim the property . which is better i have to get settlement and come out or else i have to stay there

Better you divide the portions separately in the name of each co-sharer.
