Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In 1991 my father bought a land from agriculture zone.i have all the documents of transfer of land.but there is no my name on 7/12..so what can i do now? And i dont have agriculture land before.

Take the Index 2 and apply to the talathi of your area.he will enter your fathers name on 7/12.if your father is alive you cannot enter your name on 7/12. After him if he has not signed a will debarring you from the right you have every right to enter your name by applying to talathi.
