1. In Hindu law > Is there a time limit for an Executor to execute a WILL Hindu law or can it be done anytime?
2. Is an Executor empowered to change ENTIRE WILL when there is no reason to do so?

Time limit is available in the Will itself. Otherwise, it can be done at appropriate time. No, he can not change without sufficient reasons.
