1. My husband gave power of attorney to my husband's brother for all purposes of work can done on behalf of him before10 years and they mentioned in that my husband's brother has all rights in my husband's property like that is that valuable for now also. when i want to buy home in my husband's name is my brother-in- law has the right to sell it or buy any loan in his name of the property. Please clear this for me.

Dear Madam,

Your husband should cancel the Power of Attorney that he has given to his brother. Yes, if it is a general POA, till the Power of Attorney is valid, your brother in law can sell the property and avail of bank finance in his name against the property.
