Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Out of 3 joint co owners of a property
two co owners have done partition deed of their share. I am left out
Please advise how I can do it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You do not have to do anything unless you wish to transfer your share of the joint title to another person. The ownership of the property remains in the three joint names.
