Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i had given 5 lakhs rupees as advance for purchasing a house with land to a muslim who divorced his wife but two girls aged 14 and 11....There is a loan agains the property in the cooperative bank..but suddenly the owner died in an accident....i have not legally registered my contract which is only signed in the Rs.100 valued bond paper....now is it possible to get registered that property any way in my name...if not,what is the solution to get back my my money..that guy has parents,two brothers and one sister besides his 2 dughters....really, presently who is the owner of the property

His children and parents are the owner. Tell them to register the property in your name. If they don't agree, serve a legal notice. Lastly you can file a suit for specific performance of contract or a recovery suit.
