Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
on 22-03-2007 land purchased for 5.5 lakhs but registration is only govt value of 1.33 lakhs but this land was already registered to some one in 21-05-1991 . The interest on govt value + govt value( 1.33 lakhs ) + legal expenses come around 8 lakhs , but the present Govt value of land is 18.5 lakhs what is the compensation i am eligible to receive from the seller
