2 maatured brother's aged 50 and 45 enter an agreemnent for partion of thier father's house.they agreed and registered the documents. but now after 10 yrs the younger brother says he was duped and wants to go to court. will the court accept this case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no limit on a writ petition to be filed in the Court. If the younger brother feels cheated and that some injustice has been done to him, irrespective of the time limit, he can still go to the Court to seek justice.

Writ cannot be filed in this case.
Law of limitation would prohibit such a case, more so as both the brothers' have with their knowledge taken action and partitioned the property.
