3 portions namely 5/2,5/3,5/4 comparised of 2bighas of land and an industrial unit was set up .The unit was closed.one of the owner wants to sell his portion but the property

is undivided and the other owners have occoupied it and are not allowing for divison

Dear Sir / Madam,

The remaining Owners who are occupying he property have to pay off and settle off the joint Owner who wishes to sell of his share therein.
