1.what is the period of limitation on relinqueshment deed and gift deed (registered)....does period of limitation starts soon after the party signs the relinq.. deed (registered).

2.does registering an relinqueshment deed and which is signed by other party amounts to notice to the other party.

3.and mutation of the property and changing the name in electricity meter also amounts to notice to other party.....(so that the other party cannot say that they were not awar of the transfer.

1. There is no limitation of either of the deeds. Once any person alienates or reliquishes his or her right sin any property, then the same is irrevocable.
