Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I'm a 19 year old girl. My father died 2 yrs back. My grandfather who is very sick now, owns a house property. He has one surviving son and a daughter. My question is, now that my father is dead if my mother or I am not mentioned in my grandfather's will, do we have any rights in that property? Can I ask for my father's share in the property even if he was excluded from the will. Can hindu succession act override a will?

If the property of your grandfather is a self acquired property he may or may not give you a share. If there is a will it will come into play after the demise of your grandfather. You can challenge the will . for further query contact 9312411481.
