Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

From 40 years our asset is looking after by reciver . As it is looking for a long time no owner do not see this property some other people capture this property. some of the owner sell there portions without saying others.what i will do now? Now we want to remove the ricever and want the clean property without any dispute.

Dear, 40 years, a long period of time elapsed, right? Then, another term, "Receiver" and then it appears your ancestors were fortunate enough got remarkable volume of land properties.

Ok, In my view, submitting such critical question in free answer zone rarely will do any good to you. Trust me, in your case, you should find a lawyer specialized in such issue.
