Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi I am 72 years old senior citizen .don't know till what time my life is ..I have three sons want to sale my two shops .I have three sons ..Property value is 70 lac ..Problem is one son is working in the shop ..I said him lor of times after I die you three will fight because of two shops ..I want to divide equally to three sons but he is not getting agree ..Please suggest me advocates ..what I can do ?

You are the owner and master and whatever you will do shall be effective and binding. If he does not agree, he will regret. Leave the shop with him and make him to pay to make it equal for all three sons. Otherwise, he will keep n fighting case in the court.
