Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
What is the admissibility in the Court of Law of a foreign power of attorney unexecuted in first two pages but signed and notarized in the last page alone, but has been adjudicated before a Sub Registrar's Office. The defendant denies the execution of power of attorney itself. Kindly enlight the legal position.

If the power of attorney has been adjudicated before the office of collector of stamp as well and the requisite stamp duty has been paid in india, it will be admissible. The execution on each page is a practice and not the requirement of law.
