Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Is the agreement to sell (irrevocable) for a Builder�s property in Mohali, Punjab bought on resale and notarized in Chandigarh (UT) when the buyer and seller both are resident of Haryana valid. The builder has issued a transfer of allotment letter basis this contract and bank has also given loan basis due legal evaluation of property and documents. The builder has also endorsed the agreement with the seller in the name of buyer as nominee/legal heir of seller.
