Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have all the agricultural land and residential land are both on the name of my father and uncle combine. I want to know that, in absence of any bill, can we all three sisters claim the property of my father. and in case, if my father give everything to my uncle, can we claim in that case or not ?

It suggest that your father and uncle have 50% ownership each and in case u file a partition suit, 3 of you will share equally from the 50% share of your father.

Dear Madam,
You are only entitled to your father's 50% share of the jointly owned agricultural and residential land. You can do nothing should your father choose to give his 50% share to your uncle.
