Agriculture land is in joint account since 3 generation:
01) Can we file case directly in high court?
02) is it possible to stop use / to stay cultivation by the disputed parties ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
01). Although you are entitled to file a case directly in the High Court, the concerned High Court has the powers to redirect your case to the concerned District Magistrate Court for hearing and disposal. So I recommend that you first file the case in the District Magistrate Court and thereafter move further.
02). Yes, the Court is authorized to issue a Stay Order restraining the disputed parties from conducting any activity in the disputed property.
