Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have been allotted a plot in Pearls City, Sector-100, Mohali and for that I am paying installments. The last installment is due and the company is offering possession and registry to customers who desires the same. This company PIPL is subsidiary of PACL group against whom legal proceedings have been started by SEBI.
You are requested to tell me whether I should make final payment and take possession and registry or Should I wait till legal proceeding are over for PACl and its effect on its sister companies.
I shall be highly thankful for your advice.

You have already paid the big amount and only last installment is left.
Court proceedings can take years, you may not get the possession, if SEBI takes over.
It would be better to take the possession, rest is your decision.
