anand asked sir.i had purchased a house (50yard) in najafgarh delhi in feb 2013.at amount of 2250000(45000=1 yard).but sir at that time the actual price was around 35000=1 yard..the dealer had conned me .so sir my question is that can i file a police case against dealer or not .i had advance payment receipt which indicate the price.area of house etc. and power of attorny (((but in power of attorny the dealer had written less price of the house)))

In case u bought a land on higher price,this cannot be the sole ground for filing a police complaint . This is a civil matter and at the most you may file a suit for recovery for excess amt paid that also after duly consulting a lawyer.
