You need to give more facts. how the govt has taken your land? Is it by acquisition under Land Acquisition Act? The Govt must have given some notice to you or family persons prior to taking it? If yes, did you challenge such notice? If you are not aware of anything, then write a letter to the Govt informing as to how you have got title to the land and that the act of govt of taking away your land is wrongful and contrary to law. As per law, even if the land belongs to Govt, the govt can recover its possession only within 30 years.
