Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
We have a ancestral house which is owned by my grandfather and his 3 brothers. All 4 of them are dead now and their children ie my uncles are planning to sell the property. But my father who has no other property or house and whose financial condition is also weak will be in big trouble if they seel the house. Is there any way that I can stop the sale? Please reply soon this is very urgent.

they cannot sell the property without first seeking the partition of the property. this is what supreme court says in a judgment in 2009. you may seek stay on the sale.
