anster propety is distributed amoung 3 brothers total property is about 25 acres of land 1 brother took share of 12 acres 2brother took 9 acres other brother is cheated bygiving only 3 acres of land .

no 1 & no2 said to no 3 that they are to sale some party of there land. no 3 is illetrate. they sold some party of that land we are going to register that property which they had?// 9822282461 pls help ...

it is to be divided equally. no 3 brother may get a restrain order from the court by filing a suit for partition
