Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

your answer is this flat will transfer my mother in law. but this case without nomination flat four legal heris are claim this flat his wife,doughter,and two sons. but three heris are decided this flat is transfer for mother name but one son is claim and objection for transfer for mother name. because he think that when flat is transfer mother name then mother is transfer another son name so his legally one fourth flat amout is loss .so he was stand that he will not give no objection certificate for transfer the flat his mother name. this condition society agree for transfer the flat for mother name?.one legal heris[her son] no objection certificate is important ? society is agree to transfer the bonds mother name? her son will objection for society?
